Group of activities 1: Setting strategic goals for the heritage and culture-based experiential tourism in the BSB

Тhis group of activites is focused on the observation and identification of the countries potential to:

  • offer authentic experience based on their heritage and cultures
  • support cross-border cooperation especially in heritage and culture preservation and valorisation
  • take out business ventures that are ready to engage in experiential tourism.
  • provide regulatory environments that favour the development and market launch of new services and products.

Group of activities 2: Mapping Resources for Culture and Heritage-based Experiential Tourism in the BSB

This group of activities provides an On-line Repository of resources and tools that can be used in the creation of cross-border culture- and heritage-based activities in experiential tourism. The Repository will deliver not only general information about sites, events and routes of interest, research results, trainings for professionals, funding opportunities and ready solutions/service models for tour operators that can be easily transformed into real services on the market.

Group of activities 3: Establishment of Black Sea Hubs on Experiential Tourism

This group of activities provides for the establishment of open laboratories in the partners organisations – Black Sea Hubs– that will jointly promote the development of experiential tourism. Open laboratories by definition provide for the implementation of activities, in which any interested stakeholders can cooperate together with the researchers.

Cultural experiential tourism is a promising sector for developing country destinations, moreover, it appeals as the best option for the motivated tourists that are seeking to experience local arts, heritage and landscapes.
