International Conference on Digital Technologies for Experiential Tourism

The International Conference gathered researchers, experts, professionals, entrepreneurs and representatives of cultural institutions from Armenia, Georgia, Greece and Bulgaria on July 28, 2022 in Varna. The participants discussed the role digital technologies and innovations for creating experiences in tourism and the prospective benefits for the hospitality sector in the Black Sea Basin. Best practices for using ICT in enriching tourist services and their presentation, promoting cultural events and cultural-historical heritage were presented.
